Forehand Technique – Basic GOOD forehand technique.
Backhand Technique – Basic GOOD backhand technique.
Serve Technique – Basic GOOD serving technique.
Slice Backhand Technique – For the more adventurous at heart!
A slice will cause the ball to spin backwards and will cause the ball to bounce very differently than your opponent will expect…catching them off guard!
Topspin Forehand Technique – Topspin causes the ball to spin and will cause the ball to bouce to the side…and sometimes curve to the side. This will also catch your opponent off guard.
Lob Technique – A lob is very useful when you are trying to hit the ball over your opponent at the net.
Overhead Smash Technique – A very useful technique for hitting a lob. A way to outsmart your opponent.
Drop Shot Technique – Use this technique to force your opponent to run to the net.
NOW………let’s look at all of these techniques in play.
